Description
Weibu Divination Booth is a dynamic 3D work customized for the online exhibition and metaverse space, as a continuation of the artist Rhett Tsai’s experiment in the direction of “Chinese digital society”. Following WeChant, another work created around the reality of Chinese digital society, the artist designed a divination booth called “Weibu” (inspired by the Chinese social media Weibo) to reflect Chinese social media, in which people’s various social media actions are divination techniques that can influence the development of topics in the booth. At the same time, the booth also exists as a node of the network narrative structure, which can serve as a transit for jumping and interrelating works in the online exhibition, where people can jump to another node through their divination.

作品简介
《微卜》是⼀件为线上展览、元宇宙空间定制的动态三维作品，是艺术家蔡宇潇在「中国数字社会」创作方向上的延续实验。它是继《微颂》（WeChant）之后的另⼀围绕中国数字社会现实创作的作品，作者设计了⼀个名为「微卜」（灵感来源于中国的社交媒体「微博」）的占卜亭来影射中国的社交媒体，在该亭中人们的各个社交媒体行为是能够影响亭中话题发展的占卜手法。同时，《微⼘》亦作为⼀个网络叙事架构的节点而存在，它能够作为线上展览中跳转、互涉各作品的中转，⼈们通过在亭中占卜来实现跳转。
