Green Light Ties the River is an experimental CGI film based on the artist’s field research on squid fishing lights in Lianjiang, Fujian.

The film depicts a squid-fishing phantasm shrouded in green light. Above the water, a man (performed by artist Guangli Liu) dreams in his room, while a woman (performed by curator Jessica Zi Chen) awaits the completion of the green-light ritual. Beneath the surface, schools of squid become prey, staining the world black.

This work is a companion piece and a mirage of Dozing Overpass, another work by the artist.

《绿光连江》是一部实验性的 CGI 影像，作品基于艺术家对福建连江灯光鱿鱼的现场调研。

影片呈现了一个被绿光笼罩的鱿鱼捕捞幻境。水上，男人（由艺术家刘广隶饰演）在房中发梦，女人（由策展人陈紫饰演）在等待绿光仪式的完成；水下，成群的鱿鱼正成为猎物，把世界染黑。

本作品是作者另一作《鼾桥》的姊妹版和幻相。
